An Intro

As you can guess from the website address my name is Chapi. I am a very handsome dog, who recently immigrated to the UK (specifically the Highlands of Scotland) from North Macedonia in Greece. My thick furry coat means summer, even this far north, is warm for me. I doubt you can imagine what it was like for me back in North Macedonia.

At the risk of sounding like a dating profile, I enjoy walks on the beach, eating good food and spending quiet time with my pack mates. I’m fairly adept at ignoring foreign languages whenever it suits me. I really enjoy travel and have visited more countries than most people. As the leader of my pack I have two main staff members who deal with my needs:

There is Junior staff member, who joins me for my morning and evening walks. I get up early to enjoy the sunrise, so ensure that we are out the house and experiencing nature at its best. I also enjoy evening walks with him as I return to supper, which is my favourite meal of the day. He provides me with some of my other food and supplies worship at my request, but I wouldn’t be distraught if he got hit by a bus tomorrow.

Then there is Senior staff member, who I confess I have a bit of a crush on. Everywhere she goes I follow, she provides me with lots of food, though has recently cut back on this a bit as apparently my muscular physique was stretching my harness. Even though she makes frequent comments on my weight I do love her dearly. She looks after my every whim, including the grooming of my wonderful flowing fur, a topic we’ll come back to at another time as I’m still getting over the brutal chopping of my wonderful coat prior to my travels across Europe.

Once strangers have finished commenting upon my good looks the question that follows is “Is he a puppy?” Despite appearances I am in fact approaching my fourth birthday (please do get in touch if you’d like to give me a present, I like food) and can only put my youthful appearance down to natural brilliance. I expect my modelling career will take off once my coat grows back fully.

I’ll finish off with what you really want, that’s right, a picture of me.

Until next time
